FORM DPT 4 REQUIRES ATTACHMENT OF AN AUDITOR CERTIFICATE. WHETHER THE RULES HAVE PRESCRIBED ANY FORMAT FOR THE SAME? IF NOT, THEN WHAT THE SAID CERTIFICATE SHOULD COVER?

No format is required for certificate from Auditors. its a simple certificate the auditors to verify the books of accounts and ascertain the outsatanding amount as per sec 74(a) of the companies act 2013
