What is the prescribed manner for informing ROC in case of Deposits From Shareholders in case of private Ltd companies (upto 100% of share capital and reserves). Further, is DPT-3 Required to be filed in case of Private company which has accepted deposits from Shareholders only in above case.

Section 73- Prohibition on acceptance of deposits from public.
