my company had incorporated on 04/03/2014 whether INC 21 is required to be filed

Your question is silent whether you incorporated as Public Limited or Private Limited, The Company incorporated as Public limited, Provision with respect to sec 149 of 1956 by filing Form -21 (Form-19 (old form)is required to be filed for obtaining Certificate of Commencement of Business. in case of Private Limited Company Sec 11 of the Companies Act 2013(Declaration prior to the commencement of business or exercising borrowing powers)notified on 26.03.2014.Hence if you incorporate as Private Limited on 04.3.2014 Form-21 is Not required to be filed. Practically the Form-21 will not get uploaded. S.P.NAGARAJAN
