Shifting of Registered Office: Hi Everyone, can anybody provide me with the procedure for shifting of registered office from one State to another. If anybody has the event chart for the same.

you will have to hold a BM to call a General Meeting of members to pass a special resolution. >then convene General Meeting > application to Central Government > Get approval from CG (its quite lengthy procedure) > filing of order of CG with ROC > obtain fresh Incorporation Certificate For detailed procedure, read Section 12(5), 13 alongwith Rule 30 of Incorporation Rules.
