Sec.11 of the Companies Act, 2013 has been omitted vide Companies (Amendment) Act, 2015 and Notification to this effect has been issued. Does this mean, Companies incorporated as per the new Act need not obtain Commencement of Business Certificate? Can the Company start the business right away? Form -INC 21 has also been abolished/ Please clarify

Yes Company can start its business straight away. Not required to file INC-21
