Can HUF become subscriber for the Incorporation of the Company?? if yes, than under which section it is prescribed???

HUF doesn't fall under definition of person therefore HUF can't be member of the Company. HUF can acquire shares only through its Karta. So HUF cant be subscriber of a Company.
