Hi, Is their any other compliance which need to be done by a company besides below mentioned:- 1. A Board Meeting need to be called -with 30 days of Incorporation. 2. Appointment of Auditor -with 30 days of Incorporation, 3. Disclosure of Interest form MGT 1 - in the First Board Meeting 4. INC22 submission for situation of Company registered office -with 30 days of Incorporation, 5. Allotment of Shares -within 60 days of incorporation. Regards, diin_cs@denso.co.in
