The code of conduct for Independent Director prescribes for holding of meeting of Independent Directors every year. Who is responsible to call the meeting and what would be the role of Company in this meeting?

The primary responsibility of holding the meeting shall lie with the independent director but the company shall make ensure that the compliance is done & provide the necessary support relating to holding of meeting.
