? Does Small Company can convene more than two Board meeting with less than a gap of 90 days between two consecutive meetings?

Yes- Please see wording of Section 173(5)- A OPC, Small Company and Dormant Company shall be deemed to have complied with the provisions of this Section if at least one meeting of the Board of Directors has been conducted in each half year of a calender year and the gap between the two meetings is not less than 90 days. This section talks about the gap of two board meeting in that case when you take the benefit of this section otherwise not.
