In how many Board Committees can a Director be member/Chairman? Which are the applicable provisons in this regard

• As per Clause 49 of listing agreement, a director shall not be a member in more than 10 committees or act as Chairman of more than 5 committees across all companies in which he is a director. (For the purpose of ascertaining the limit following companies are excluded; - Private Company, foreign company, section 8 company) Further, under companies Act, 2013 no such restriction is imposed.
