For appointment of Independent Directors and Non executive woman director is form MR-1 required to be filed as within the form there is no such option available. And if yes then under what head i.e. WTD?

MR-1 is required to be filed in case of appointment of Key Managerial personnel. Thus, in the cited case company need to file DIR-12 and not required to file MR-1
