File form PAS- 3 with ROC within 30 days of allotment of shares along with the list of allottees and number of shares allotted to each of the allottee's in accordance with section 39 read with Companies (prospectus and allotment of securities) Rules, 2014. Further, in case of allotment before March 14 - form 2 is to be filed with ROC (under Companies Act, 1956)
