X is the subsidiary company of a Y holding Company. Mr. A is working as Executive and receiving salary from Y holding Company. Further, the holding Company i.e. Y is not required to appoint any Company Secretary. In present case, whether Mr. A who is whole time employee and receiving salary from Y i.e. holding company can file his appointment as Company Secretary in X i.e. Subsidiary Company. Members view are solicited.
