Qualification in Audit Report for not having a Company Secretary : A pvt co having paid up capital of Rs. 7 crores does not have a Company secretary on its roll during 2014-15. Does Audit Report need to be qualified on this point ?

As per sec 143, auditors report need not to be qualified on this point.

The Audit Report need not be qualified for this. The matter should be reported under the heading "Ëmphasis on Matter" and clearly mentioning the observations of the Auditor and the reply obtained from the Company.
