An independent director of the company, being a practicing Chartered Accountant, can sign the balance sheet of the company??

Section 149- Company to have Board of directors.

As per my understanding , in case of the Associate or other group co of that Company is no - CS Saurabh Basu

There is no bar on signing the balance sheet of the Company.
