1. Can a Private company give loan to other private company 2. Can a public company give loan to a private company or to its subsidiary company or vice versa.

if exemption provided under section 185 are complied then private company can give loan to another private company. For second query, if the public co and private co has falls under the explanation provided to section 185 then it can give loan
