Optionally Convertible Unsecured Debentures are being issued by a Company to another Company. Do we need follow the Deposit Rules, though it is from one company to another company and its not optionally convertible. Request your view at the earliest possible.

Section 73- Prohibition on acceptance of deposits from public.
