if a company has only Body corporate as shareholder and one nominee shareholder than in that case in annual return no. what will be no. of shareholders as nominee is not the promoter shareholder of the company he is only a registered member.

The number should be two with the rider that one shareholder is holding shares for which the beneficial owner is the main company. Otherwise, in case of all WOS Cos, they may have only one shareholder and may not reach the minimum stipulated number under the CA.
