THE COMPANY HAS RECENTLY COMPLETED BUY BACK OF EQUITY SHARES AND FILED RETURN OF BUY BACK IN FORM SH-11 AND SAME HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE ROC. CAN YOU ADVISE ME THE NEXT STEP TO BE DONE OR ANY OTHER FORM IS STILL REQUIRED TO BE FILED.

Please check whether the SH on MCA portal has been modified. If it doesn't get reflected, get in touch with the official of the concerned ROC.
