is a section 8 company, can the retiring directors be proposed for re appointment by way of ordinary resolution through e voting? The articles of asscoiation of the company states"At the Annual General Meeting, Director of the Director Board shall be elected . In case more candidates than necessary are nominated, election shall take place by ballot at the General Meeting"

Section 160- Right of persons other than retiring directors to stand for directorship.

please read the article of association with regard to rights of retiring director,then if yes is the answer you can re appoint the retiring directors by proposing for re appointment by way of ordinary resolution through e voting or -At the Annual General Meeting,
