Can someone guide me... incorporated a pvt ltd co in 2010 have not filed any documents with ROC or anyone... just a few deposits made towards capital and received one payment from a client ( 2013) for which the money was paid to vendors ( for the payment received ) the project went for a toss and had to refund the amount paid by the client. since then no transactions Can someone help me what needs to be done to regularise this mess ? what would be the fees and penalties payable Thanks for your time Joshua
