Could you please clarify the following with regard to disclosure in Board Report for the Financial year 2015-2016? a) whether MGT-9 to be annexed? b) As subsidiary company do not fall under RTP, do we need to disclose RTP transactions and annex AOC-2 . Further, It will be of great help if you could update the Board's report disclosure for the Financial year 2015-2016 based on the notification /Rules notified by MCA,

Section 134- Financial Statement, Board's report, etc.
