If two Directors has been appointed in two different Companies out of which one Company Strike off and other is active. Director is in Disqualified in strike off company, then whether he can strike off other company which is active in status or he is required any approval from any authority ?

Section 248- Power of Registrar to remove names of a company from register of companies.
