Whether it is necessary to receive duly filled and signed MBP-1 from all Directors before dispatch of notice for calling Board Meeting or we simply place agenda item as " To take note of Disclosure of Interest" ( Though I am not in receipt of MBP-1 from all Directors ) and request all Directors to bring their duly signed MBP-1 at the Board Meeting.

Section 184- Disclosure of interest by director.

In the cited case u can take agenda item as "to receive and take note of disclosure of interest of Director" as company is receiving MBP-1 in Board Meeting
