Can a Managerial Personnel be paid remuneration for the previous Financial Years in the current Financial Year. e.g. in FY 2015-16, remuneration is proposed to be paid for FYs 2014-15 & 2013-14.

Section 197- Overall maximum managerial remuneration and managerial remuneration in case of absence or inadequacy of profits.
