Do we need to file Form MBP-1 as an attachment in e-form GNL-2 or certified copy stating that directors has disclosed their interest is enough?

Section 184- Disclosure of interest by director.

According to me, MGT-14 is to be filed with the board resolution for disclosure of interest as the attachment to the form.
