Auditors Certificate which is required to be attached with Form DPT-4 is manadatorily to be taken from Statutory Auditors or can be taken from a CA as well ?

Section 74- Repayment of deposits, etc., accepted before commencement of this Act.

The said certificate is required to be mandatorily obtained from the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
