MCA vide public noticed dated 25th April 2014 published in all leading new dailies has provided the final roll plan of various eForms under the Companies Act 2013. W.e.f. from 28th April 2014, following 48 eforms will be available for efiling :

INC-20	Intimation to registrar of revocation / surrender of license issued under section 8
INC-21	Declaration prior to the commencement of business or exercising borrowing powers
INC-22	Notice of situation or change of situation of registered office
INC-23	Application to the Regional Director for approval to shift the Registered Office from one state to another state or from jurisdiction of one Registrar to another Registrar within the same state
INC-24	Application for approval of Central Government for change of name
INC-27	Conversion of public company in to private company or private company in to public company
INC-28	Notice of Order of the Court or any other component authority
PAS-3	Return of allotment
SH-7	Notice to Registrar of any alteration of share capital
SH-8	Letter of Offer
SH-11	Return in respect of buy- back of securities
CHG-1	Application for registration of creation, modification of charge (other than those related to debentures) including particulars of modification of charge by Asset Reconstruction Company in terms of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI)
CHG-4	Particulars for satisfaction of charge thereof
CHG-6	Notice of appointment or cessation of receiver or manager
CHG-9	Application for registration of creation or modification of charge for debentures or rectification of particulars filed in respect of creation or modification of charge for debentures
MGT-06	Return to the Registrar in respect of declaration under section 89 received by the company
MGT-14	Filing of Resolution and agreement to the Registrar
DIR-3	Application for allotment of DIN
DIR-6	Intimate of changes in particulars specified in DIN application
DIR-11	Copy of resignation of director
DIR-12	Notice of resignation of director
MR-1	Return of appointment of key managerial personnel
MR-2	Form of application to the Central Government for approval of appointment or reappointment and remuneration or increase in remuneration or waiver for excess or over payment to managing director or whole time director or manager and commission or remuneration to directors.
URC-1	Application by a company for registration under section 366
FC-1	Information to be filed by foreign company
FC-2	Return of alteration in the documents filed for registration by foreign company
FC-3	Annual accounts along with the list of all principal places of business in India established by company foreign
FC-4	Annual Return of a Foreign Company
GLN-1	Form of filing an application with Registrar of Companies
GLN-2	Form for submission of documents with the Registrar
GLN-3	Particulars of person(s) or key managerial personnel charged or specified for the purpose of sub- clause (iii) or (iv) of clause 60 of section 2.
ADJ	Memorandum of Appeal
MSC-1	Application to Registrar for obtaining the status of dormant company
MSC-3	Return of dormant companies
MSC-4	Application for seeking status of active company
RD-1	---

CG-1	--

Moreover, 17 other forms will be available for filing by stakeholders as attachment to General e-forms GNL – 2, CG – 1 and RD- 1. The stakeholders will fill the 17 Forms physically and get it duly signed / certified by the professionals wherever indicated in, as per the requirement of the relevant form and attach these with the prescribed General e-forms as per details given in paragraph 3, 4 and 5. The arrangement will continue till the 17 forms are made available as e-Forms.

The following forms will have to be filed as attachment to General Form GLN-2:

ADT- 1	Notice of appointment of auditor by the company
ADT - 3	Notice of Resignation by the Auditor
DIR – 9	Furnishing names of directors during the period when company fails to file the financial statements or annual returns or fails to repay its deposit, interest, dividend, interest or fails to redeem its debentures
NDH – 1	Return of Statutory Compliances
NDH - 3	Half Yearly Return

The following forms will have to be filed as attachment to General Form RD-1:

CHG – 8	Application to the Central Government for extension of time for filing particulars of registration of creation/ modification/ satisfaction of charge OR for rectification of omission or misstatement of any particular in respect of creation/ modification / satisfaction of charge
MGT – 3	Notice of situation or change of situation or discontinuation of situation, of place where foreign register shall be kept
ADT – 2	Application for removal of auditor(s) from his / their office before expiry of term
DIR – 5	Cancellation or surrender or Deactivation of DIN
NDH - 2	Application for extension of Time

The following form will have to be filed as attachment to General Form CG – 1

Stakeholders can also file application for seeking extension date of AGM/ Accounting period by filing Form GNL – 1.

Documents in respect of companies under liquidation will also have to be filed alongwith GNL – 2.

Documents in respect of particulars of person(s) or Directors charged or specified for the purpose of section 2(60) of the Companies Act, 2013 will be allowed to file alongwith form GLN – 3.

Documents/ forms for filing petition to Central Government will be allowed to file with form RD-2.

Following e-Forms pertaining to various provisions of Companies Act, 1956 will continue to be available for filing.

Form 23C	Form for application to the Central Government for appointment of cost auditor
Form 23D	Form for intimation by Cost Auditor to Central Government
Form 35A	Information to be furnished in relation to any offer of a scheme or contract involving the transfer of shares or any class of shares in the transferor company to the transferee company
Form A-XBRL	Form for filing XBRL document in respect of compliance report and other documents with the Central Government
Form 5INV & refund form	Statements of unclaimed and unpaid amounts
Bank ACC	Application for simplifying bank account opening process as user shall not be required to submit any physical application form
Investor Complaint form	Form for filing investor compliant
