Should we file INC 10 while registering a wholly owned subsidiary for the Parent Company, If so, what are the contents?

INC-10- form is for verification of signature of subscribers by banker/notary & it is required to be filed with registrar along with the particular of every subscriber to the memorandum in pursuant to rule 16 of Companies (incorporation) Rules, 2014
