Sec.11 of the Companies Act,2013 has been omitted consequent to Amended Act,2015. Is it correct to interpret that the said section shall continues to apply for Companies incorporated prior to 29th May, 2015? If so since form INC 21 stands withdrawn , how a company can file this document to obtain Commencement Certificate? Please help
