company is registered under the indian companies act,1913 and is almost 80 years old. Now as per new act,we have to keep register of members in electronic form. Pl guide us from what date ( whether from the date of incorporation or from 1.4.2013 i.e. the date of coming into force the said legislation? do we have to keep the said .

Section 85- Company's register of charges.

It looks impracticable. Ministry must come out with some clarification on this.

from incorporation, that why 6 months period is given. however, it would be practically impossible to rebuild register, only way is to scan
