is secretarial audit under section 204 applicable for FY 2013-14? as Directors Report, Accounts for FY 2013-14 are to be prepared as per earstwhile 1956 Act, there is no clarity on secretarial Audit.

Section 204- Secretarial Audit for bigger companies.
