As per Section 184 (1) of Companies Act 2013 a Director has to disclose his concern or interest in any company,firms etc in the first meeting of the Board in every financial year. The declaration is to be made in Form MBP1. When a Director furnishes such declaration in Form MBP1 to the company, does the company need to file the details of such declaration in Form MGT14? Please clarify

There are various interpretations to it. Some r assuming that disclosure r also to be filed and some r not. Personally i think that only resolution should be filed
