Within how many days we should shift the registered office from one state to another after obtaining confirmation from RD? What is the effective date after receiving the RD order in INC-22

Section 12- Registered office of company.

Company shall required to file the copy of RD order with Registrar of each of the states in form INC 28 within 30 days of reciept of such order and on reciept of that Registrar issues fresh certificate of incorporation indicating the alteration and company shall on and from 15 days of receiving the certificate shall establish registered office in that state. (Section 12 & 13)
