As per the said section, one of the functions of CS is to report to the Board about provisions of this Act, the Rules made there under and other laws applicable to the Company. In case there is non-compliance under Income Tax Act is the CS responsible only for reporting to the Board or will he be responsible for non-compliance as officer in default. What will be the position of CFO who is responsible for IT Act
