Section 82(1) with regard to satisfaction of charges mentions that the provisions of sub section (1) of section 77, as far as mat be, apply to an intimation given under this section. Does this mean that for satisfaction of charges can also be registered with ROC within a period of 300 days on payment of additional fees as may be prescribed??

Section 82- Company to report satisfaction of charge.
