whether body corporate i.e company may be subscriber to the sec 8 company ,please provide reference to any rules or guidelines

A Body Corporate can become a member of any company including Sec. 8 Companies. There is no express section or rule on this matter. However, certainly a Body Corporate which is a legal person can become a member of the Company. Interestingly, section says that even a firm can become a member of the company including LLP which is again a Body Corporate.
