In AOC-2 under point (2) , whether details of transactions which are on arm’s length basis to be provided therein shall be entered in the ordinary course of business or not or both?

In our opinion under point 2 of AOC-2 details of material contracts or arrangement or transactions at arm’s length basis and not in ordinary course of business need to be disclose.
