Form AOC 4 is not yet notified and a Company has already Conducted its AGM, so Which form needs to be filed for the same? Any delay in filing may lead to penalty, please suggest a suitable solution for the same.

I am very sure that no penalty will be imposed for late filing in this case and sufficient time will be granted by MCA to file Form AOC4 after notification of the same.
