When to submit Form No.- INC-10? What will be the procedure of submission? Is it mandatory to submit INC-10 of all companies already incorporated?

It is also required to be attached with Form INC 7

It is to be submitted with INC 21 i.e. declaration on commencement of business. It is mandatory and it applies to all companies
