Our company has filed form ADT-1 for FY 2014-15 after 270+15 days. Challan generated on filing of ADT-1 does not provide any detail regarding delay in filling. Are we still required to file CG -1 for condonation of delay. If yes, what will be the process involved, time taken to get the delay condoned and will Regional director pass an order condoning the delay? Urgent response is requested.
