IS MGT 14 REQUIRED TO BE FILED FOR APPOINTMENT OF CS IN PRIVATE COMPANY

For Private limited companies MGT 14 is not required from the date of exemptions notification.

NO, because section 117(3)(g) is not applicable on private company after 5th june, notification
