In DIR 12, What is required to be attached as Evidance of Cessation. If any director has submitted its resignation under section 168, the Company has to file DIR 12 alongwith notice of resigation. But what is evidance of cessation, if company does not have Board Meeting during 30 days from the date of resignation ?
