Since ratification of auditor has been omitted by Companies Act 2017. What approach a company needs to follow if it has appointed auditors for 1 year and subsequently filing form every year upon the ratification. Do company need to continue filing form ADT-1 or fresh appointment of 5 years is required to be done?
