As per the recent amendment in the section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, there is no requirement related to ratification of appointment of auditors by members at every annual general meeting . But nothing is stated related to fixing of remuneration of auditors, as the same required approval of members in a General meeting. So, kindly suggest the provisions and the procedure to fix the remuneration of the auditors.
