Whether filing of Form MBP1 (disclosure of interest by Directors)with ROC is Mandatory or not? If it is mandatory to be filed then how is the same is to be filed as an attachment to the MGT-14 or another way

There are contradictory view on this issue. Some are of opinion it should be filed and others are not in this favour. Play safe file MBP-1. it will be filed as an attachment to MGT-14
