As rules published regarding appoitment of KMP , every listed company & every other public company having paid up share capital of Rs. 10 crore or more require appointment of KMP . so that means it is not applicable to Pvt Ltd company. So what would be the status of Company secretary who are working as Cs in full time employment in Pvt Ltd company having paid up share capital more than 5 cr.
