Can a company secretary of a holding company act as a KMP of its subsidiary companies. In this case, the subsidiary companies are only Special Purpose Vehicles incorporated for the purpose of performing a specific project.

Yes, in pursuant to provision of sec 203 of the Act, KMP can hold office in its subsidiary company at the same time but as per guidelines issued by ICSI, one person can’t become company secretary in 2 companies
