whether demand of poll is applicable in case of the Company has conducted e-voting at the AGM.

Poll may be demanded in case if voting is done by show of hands. Thus, in the cited case if company provided e-voting facility and it need to provide technical support at the AGM venue to cast the vote through e-voting only instead of providing polling box.
