Please suggest format of MOA & AOA for formation of One person company. What will be the suffix with name of the company - Private Limited OR OPC.

MOA shall be in Table A,B,C,D,E (as the case may be) and AOA shall be in table F of schedule 1. It should be like ABC Private Limited (One person company)
